Appearance
Physical Description
Brurluk is incredibly tall and bulky, covered in scars with the occasional tribal tattoo.
Body Features
Brurluk's skin is verdant and muscular, with a long scar running across his chest. He doesn't wear much clothing as a warrior of Angrath, so much of his upper body and calves are visible to wandering eyes.
Identifying Characteristics
Brurluk has a large scar across his chest from a skeletal minotaur they fought the first time the party entered the archmage's tower. He can't really remember the history of the other ones.
Apparel & Accessories
Brurluk wields a magical greataxe and wears a belt of dwarvenkind and bat-like wings of flying. He also possesses a bag of holding made out of a teddy bear's severed head.
Specialized Equipment
Brurluk's weapon of choice is a greataxe. In his opinion, the only thing stronger than an axe is a bigger axe.
Special abilities
Brurluk's main strength is in his rage. When his bloodlust overcomes him, Brurluk is a formidable force.
Mentality
Personal history
Brurluk was born and raised in the orc tribe of Angrath, taught not in etiquette and astronomy but hunting and battle. He quickly became one of the greatest warriors in the clan, which no surprise as he was the prodigal son of the tribe’s leader, the infamous Chief Ratka. However, when ransacking a town, a party of heroes slaughtered his malevolent father and the friends who fought alongside him. Only he escaped. He had no idea what to do with the rest of his life. Being a creature of impulse (and lacking the necessary intelligence required to fit into society), Brurluk spread his reign of terror throughout the kingdom, murdering 1.2 thousand people in the span of a year. However, years later, he finally met his match in a Drow named Elrond who clearly had the upper hand in intelligence. Realising how useful Brurluk really was, the mysterious traveller let him tag along. Brurluk can't stand the sight of the heroic type, and will immediately try to kill one that crosses his path.
Education
Brurluk's tribe never did care for academic prowess. After all, they believed the brain isn't required on the battlefield.
Employment
Brurluk has never really been in anyone's employ. However, he was hired by James to recover the Cubic Gate, even if this did result in a backstabbing.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Brurluk successfully tracked down the son of a paladin responsible for his clan's demise. They fought fiercely, but Brurluk bested him and drove his axe through his chest.
Failures & Embarrassments
Most of Brurluk's embarrassments stem from his intellectual shortcomings. However, he is also disappointed that he couldn't prevent his party members from killing the pirate queen.
Mental Trauma
Brurluk is haunted by the slaughter of his father Ratka and his fellow warriors at the hands of an unknown paladin. This has developed a furious rage within him which is most uncontrollable when he feels like he's getting close. This was most apparent when he found and killed the paladin's son, who had taken up a similar holy path.
Intellectual Characteristics
Brurluk is definitely not the brightest. His upbringing didn't warrant for any academic pursuits, and even if it had, he would have refused it.
Morality & Philosophy
Brurluk believes that the strongest are meant to rule. He sees most current leaders as weaklings and fools, who won't see him coming when Angrath rises once more.

Motivation
Everything Brurluk does is for the purpose of growing in strength so he is fit to lead the next tribe of Angrath when the time comes. He also wishes to hunt down and slay the paladins responsible for the massacre of his tribe.
Quotes & Catchphrases
"For Angrath!"
Likes & Dislikes
Brurluk can't stand the sight of the heroic type. He does, however, adore ale, whiskey, and especially the ridiculously strong Dwarven brandy.
Vices & Personality flaws
You might say he loves ale too much. Brurluk, however, disagrees. There is no such thing as too much ale.
Hygiene
Many people have commented on his stench. Not to his face, of course, unless they knew they could take the hit.
