Beat up an annoying idiot.

Some stupid devil the same age as me wanted to show off in front of his buddies, pushing me once or twice to instigate conflict. I could see their eyes how they wanted to see something fun, no matter which side did the beating. A good hit to the throat solves lots of problems. He should have struck me from behind instead of making sure his "friends" could watch him ridicule himself. Now they had what they wanted, and I can go eat something somewhere quiet.

Made a friend.

I just met another new-born superdevil, like me. Eight-Two-Nine. The little guy is pale as death and yet seems as happy as life can be. He laughs all the time, and not because he saw something gory or evil. He laughs because he's a pure-hearted baby who likes puns and slapstick humor. I like having an oddball around for a change. He agreed to be my underl..friend, my friend. I'm looking forward to working with him.

"Escaped" the citadel.

It's not really an achievement. But Etny insists we celebrate our escape from the breeding citadel, where all the other batch of devils came from. I told the guards we'll come back once we explore the lower city. Gotta prepare for the expedition properly. I have a bit of coin from kicking butts that tried to kick mine. In other words, I bullied the bullies. And now we're out for a bit of shopping.

Intelligence gathering.

Got hold of some intel about me. Scraps from a book about the project that gave birth to me. Lots of it was inked out. Looks like one of those failed pages students scribble over when they've made a huge typo.

Made an new friend

No idea how it happened, but now Eight-Two-Five is sticking to me and Etsy like dried honey. I guess it's happening now...

Earned a New Name

After a decent rumble at the Name-Pit, the little Imp formerly known as the numbers Eight-Two-Sixteen has taken the first step towards adulthood and chosen a new name. Henceforth, he shall be known as...Aroth.
