Chief of the Watch.
Human, in his 50s. Very tall with a heavy built, red hair and a huge red moustache. Loud voice.
Utterly corrupt.
Grew up in a working class family, father a cobbler, mother low ranking member of The Watch
Visits public school at the Temple of Light
In his late teens becomes member of the Watch. Does not extinguish himself very much. He is clever, but held back by his tendency for brutality and there are also suspicion of corruption (Almost all traces of these accusations are scrubbed from the public records, but one can still find clues within the lines.)
At one point he rises to the rank of Sergeant of the Watch, but then nothing happens for a long time.
About seven years ago, Conan has a major breakthrough. He manages to arrest and convict Lady Shannon, the head of one of the leading noble houses in Rhynmouth for embezzlement of Government money. The company Lady Shannon owned and ran was the main importer of Ethirium into Rhynmouth and had a contract with the Government for the supply of Etherium for the Silver Spire. Lady Shannon lost her honour, her company and place in the City Council and Lady Granger took over the Ethirium business.
Conan rises quickly after this spectecular success until, three years ago, he is made Commander of the Watch.
