Lilith was created when the coven bound the supernatural creatures and energy at what is now the site of the Fairgrounds Mall . Essentially Lilith is the spectral babysitter of the vault creatures. In her default state has no solid edges and is constantly shifting her appearance, sometimes appearing horned, sometimes with extra arms, sometimes humanoid, and sometimes something completely different that cannot quite be parsed. The only feature that remains consistent are a pair of glowing amber eyes. At first she is also bound to vault, but the longer the vault is open the stronger she gets and eventually she may be able to leave for increasing periods of time preferring to take the form of a punk teenager during these jaunts.
