Rinstone Rohan hails from Dawn City. His father is a Knight Lieutenant of the Order of the Breaking Dawn and his mother is a professor at one of the local magic schools. Born with Divine Magic, high expectations were placed on him by both the citizens and the soldiers of the Keep to serve the people in one way or another. Wanting to forge his own path and find out more about his powers, Rinstone joined the Stewards.
 
Rinstone is a half-elvish-looking young man that stands at 5' 4". He has shoulder-length pastel pink hair that curls at the ends and red eyes with gold rings around them if you look close enough. He wears a white jacket with the hood up and a dark red shirt under it, a loose red scarf hanging on his shoulders, black fingerless gloves, a plain pair of grey pants, and black knee boots with silver accents.
