A wit and a charmer, Theodor is the first son of a Marquis. Never one for politics, he turned his attention toward something he enjoyed, the the exploration and cataloguing of new peoples and places.
The Viscount, the Right Honorable, Lord Theodor Ischell D'Artagnan, a knight of great renown, though he prefers to be known simply as "Teddy". He is well known in courts throughout the Federation of Klaas for his wit, intellect, and rakish charm and, for these three reasons, he is often a centerpoint at dinners, balls, soirées, and all manner of twilight get-togethers. Despite his position of relative fame, however, Theodor is not built for the life of a politician, and when business needs to be discussed, he is often discreetly shuffled to the sidelines while the wheels of politics turn. This is because, despite his position as the child of a Marquis, he is third in line to the position, and thus an afterthought. His two elder sisters were happy to let Teddy grab the spotlight while they worked quietly to the mark's ends. Teddy doesn't begrudge them this, and has an excellent relationship with both, but decided that court life didn't suit him. Born with an innate connection to the world soul, he has minor powers granted to him along with a first class education. However, he has had little interest in putting either of these to use, up until now. He’s decided that court isn’t the place for him, and he’d like to be something more than a charming ornament. To pursue that, he has traveled as an adventurer for some time, mostly performing missions related to his house and, just recently, for another.
