The second pirate lord with no bounty is Teresa Pescador the high priestess of Besmara and as such flies the ensign of Besmara. Other than her origins being from the Doradian mainland there is little known of her history other than the fact that she never met Rimulus himself. Her brig the Seamaiden was once in the fleet of Besmara in the Malestrom.
