Physical Description

She looks underweight for her age and height. She moves in a slow and sluggish manner, seemingly in a lot of pain, trying to keep herself in the background, never wanting to be approached.

Body Features

She has many scars that litter her body. Gruesome scars.
From the top of the back of her neck all the way down to nearly the bottom of her back, there is a darkened scar, a thin straight line about two inches thick down her spine, that looks as though it was made by powerful dark magic. From the scar, slightly protrudes a crystal-like substance down her spine like spines. With the way she moves, you could gather that these "crystals" cause her a lot of pain.
On the back right side of her body, starting from a point on the back of her right shoulder, there is a lightning scar, still bruised and tender to the touch. This scar also goes down her arm, to her elbow, and slightly down the front of her body, stopping almost two inches below her collarbone.
On her back left side, there is a large acid burn, still hot to the touch. It covers the lower left part of her body and trickles upward towards her shoulder, but just barely reaches it. This scar also covers a good portion of the left side of her stomach, stopping at her rib cage.
Whip marks also litter her back among the other scars. These scars cut deep into her skin.
On the front of her body, on her chest, there is a necromantic scar caused by the spell Blight, it seems to have been used several times over her past causing a gruesome and nasty scar that creeps up her neck.
From the right side of her stomach moving towards the left, there are gash scars and claw marks tearing into her body. They are so deep that her body seems a bit deformed.
On her right thigh, there is a large scar that seems to be a gash. She looks as though she is missing a little muscle from her leg. Same with her left thigh, though it has more acid scaring than gashes.
Her feet look as though they have been drilled into.
On her left elbow there is a decay type scar, skin red in color. When she moves this arm, it seems to cause her a lot of pain.
On her right arm, there is a scar that goes from the base of her hand to the inside of her elbow, as if her arm was surgically cut there. On the other side of her forearm, she has ice burns. Skin blue and cold to the touch.
Her hands look similar to her feet, looking as though the palms of her hands were drilled into. Her fingers are crooked and battered. Cuts, burns and the like scattered among them.
The front of her neck, above the Blight scar, there is a scar that reaches ear to ear, as though her throat had once been cut, but then sewn up before she could bleed out.

Facial Features

Her head and face show the true horror of what happened to her, a cold stare with sulken eyes. The horror she had seen aged her a few years, so she looks as though she is in her late 30s, possibly early 40s, though she is in her 20s.
Her lips have three scars that look as though her lips were sewn shut only to have the threads ripped out of her lips.
There is a gash in the right side of her nose, as though a nose ring of the sort was ripped out of it.
On the left side of her face, there is a scar that goes straight through her eye. It seems as though it destroyed her eye on initial impact, probably from a sword or axe of sorts. Her eye does not look like her own. It is demonic, as though it was replaced due to the loss of her former eye. The pupil is serpentine in nature, color red as blood, where the eye should be white, it is black.
The left side of her head many scars as though someone were to regularly hit it with a paddle board with nails in it, or a club lines with barbed wire. No hair can grow there anymore.
On the right side of her head, there is a large fire burn scar which took part of the tip of her ear. The scar just barely touches the corner of her right eye, which is golden in color. No hair can grow there either.
The only hair on her head is right at the top, about five inches of room on her head between the scars allowing for long, thick black hair that is braided back, out of her face.

Apparel & Accessories

When entering a new location, she always covers her body and face the best way she can. She has a hooded black cloak that covers her face up to the tip of her nose, a material mask that covers her nose, mouth and neck, and she wears many long sleeves. The tips of her fingers tend to be the only thing that strangers see when they first meet her, and even then, there are scars that peak through.

Specialized Equipment

She is cursed. Any food she eats tastes rotten and spoiled, like months old rotten. Due to this, every time she casts a spell, pain bursts through her entire abdomen, and after every battle, if she used any spell during the battle, she has to make a con save or she pukes black guck.

Mentality

Personal history

Hadrien used to be a barmaid at the local tavern in her mountain town. Her wife Callie was training to be a Circle of Dreams druid. However, her town was rarely visited by anyone more than your wandering adventurer, so money was tight in their household. Callie was close to having to give up her dreams of becoming a druid due to their debts. But one day an adventurer came through town and told Hadrien about this amazing being that would give her everything that her heart desired as long as you were to sign a contract with her. Hadrien asked how to contact this being and the adventurer gave her a summoning ritual for her. That night, she and Callie summoned the being. She was beautiful. She presented a contract to the couple telling them that if they swore loyalty and servitude to her, they would get all the wealth they needed to live a wondrous life. Desperate, they signed the contract without reading it or even fully understanding the situation. Life was going great for a while, but then the being came back asking them to perform tasks for her, as time went on these tasks became darker and darker and then they realized that they sold their souls to a devil, more specifically the archdevil Glasya, and they were now warlocks for the fiend. Callie was pissed. The tasks that they were given were meant to harm people and she just wanted to be a healer, so she leaves Hadrien and they get a divorce. Hadrien is heartbroken. She damned both her and Callie's soul to hell. Luckily a devil named Levistus came to her and told her that he can save Callie's soul from going to hell if she were to do a simple favor for him. She accepted. The job was to destroy every contract that Glasya had acquired in the past few years. Levistus brought her to hell and gave her a special magic item to do the deed. However, she was caught and Glasya was livid. Through the process of being captured, Hadrien lost the magic item given to her, never knowing what it was. Brought before Glasya, Hadrien told her everything, however without the magic item, there was no definitive proof for her to act out against Levistus, so she settled with torturing Hadrien and her now ex-wife Callie. They spent nearly two years in Hell before Glasya grew tired of them and sent them out back into the world cursed. Hadrien was given a curse where food tastes like it is rotten and spoiled, and casting spells will cause her to grow sick and throw up. Callie's curse was much worse. A constant screaming in her head from a voice that would take over her body and enact evil deeds. Callie was even more upset with Hadrien that she no longer wanted anything to do with her, so she left, never to be seen again. Hadrien was again heartbroken, so she traveled to Last Hope searching for some sense of peace in this new world, trying to run away from everything that caused her pain.
