Spell of Rain was born in the Temple of the Blinding Wild Clan of the Fractured Hills. He was raised in a humble environment and had a close relationship with his mentor. Spell of Rain was called by a supernatural being to become a divine agent in the world and has since devoted his life to the service of the gods. He is the father of Shadow and is deeply devoted to his family
