Ondi Naya was a manipulative green hag who lived deep into Neverwinter Wood north of the river. She lived fairly privately in the forest for many years but became angry with the increasing logging operations happening in the forest due to the efforts of Forge Fitzwilliam. In response, she decided to use the disguise of a mysteriously beautiful woman to lure a number of logging bandits to serve her so they would do her bidding. She would often visit them at their camp both as the beautiful woman but sometimes disguised as a bandit to continue to maniuplate the group.
In time, the bandits not only served her but even worshipped her. Though they never got to see her true appearance, the beauty of the disguise drew them in to the point of even getting into conflict about who she might love more. In an act of love, a few of the bandits decided to kidnap the wood elves Torrieth, Dilya and Luvon in hopes the beautiful woman would love them more for their act of kindness. The wood elves were found wandering the woods as they had discovered some of the bandits and were curious about who they were.
While Dilya and Luvon remained captured, Torrieth was able to escape the bandits and found herself deeper in the wood. Ondi Naya used her mimicry to trick Torrieth to come deeper into the forest where she wound up captured and was taken to the hag's home. While there, Torrieth was treated mainly as a servant but also sometimes like a daughter. It was clear the hag had grown lonely in forest and not only needed help but also companionship.
Eventually a party of adventurers were lured by Ondi Naya's beautiful woman disguise having encountered her at the bandit camp while looking for the wood elves. The beautiful woman continued to promise love and care and peace if only they would come with her deeper into the forest. Though anxious about what might transpire, they carefully made their way where they wound up arriving at the hag's home.
In time, Ondi Naya grew impatient with the party's lack of willingness to submit to her love. In outrage, she showed her true form and then continued to try and manipulate the adventurers in any way possible. Sometimes she would show love. Sometimes she would plead for mercy and make promises. In time, conflict broke out which included the hag bringing in her werewolf servant named Thog.
After a difficult fight, the party was eventually able to kill both Thog but then the vile witch.
