John is a man with a strong drive to protect those he cares for. He is compassionate, caring, and usually quick to forgive even though he is incredibly hard on himself for the mistakes he has made in the past.

John was a dying man. One day, a gentleman approached him claiming he had a cure for John's otherwise incurable disease. Desperate for any solution, he accepted. While the gentleman spoke true, John was far more than simply cured. He was the sole survivor of a genetic experiment. This procedure, conducted in a machine known as the Pupa, gave John incredible powers: the ability to control water at will. Following this rebirth, John's new life was riddled with his fair share of trials and tribulations. However, it wasn't until the loss of his beloved daughter that a new part of him was awakened. A part that needed no knowledge of sciences and experiments to learn.
