• Born on September 13, 2369
• Over the years he developed an affinity for programming and computers and his school path followed this goal.
• at 16 he applied for the Mars Technical Academy (because the voices guided him there) and with the help of Dolos Machiavelli he was able to hack into the admissions server and modify his age and medical sheet so that he would meet the minimum requirements..
• now this was possible not because he was a prodigy, but because the security was not that great... who would hack a “login” server :) ... also Dolos helped a lot
• at 20 he graduated with a major in piloting and second major in computer science/security protocols/hacking
• at 22 he participated, along side Zhang Wei Adama, in a race, the Red Road Race, A wacky race that sprawls along the 4000 km road from the Mariner Valley
• they collaborated really well and after this they became really good friend.. one can say that this was the event that cemented their friendship
• around this time he met Elya and they fell in love
• at the age of 27 they got married and soon after they had their first child, a very cute little girl they named Emma
• They got sepparated one 2 years later (when his daughter was 1)
• What followed was a year of drinking and drug use until one day his friend Zhang managed to convince him to get some help
• He started a detox regime and therapy and he was doing well
• Unfortunately Elya didn’t want to talk to him or forgive him
• Some time later, Zhang told Alan about this new job he really wanted to get and Alan thought he could also apply for the copilot possition
• In order to increase his chances of getting accepted, he hacked into the company’s server and changed some details from his file (the alcohol and drug abuse for one) and then he waited
