Leader of the Gilded Gamble, arcane runes all over his body, perhaps a sorcerer of some kind?

Nix is the drpw currently running the guilded gambit outpost in the small village town of Pebblestone, the small town having alot of magic travelling through it as alot of the groups that travel around the town are usually heading to the schools before heading to the Infernal angel archipelago.
Nix was a drow who somehow ended up in the sun after the titan wars, before spending a few years travelling and exploring the infernal angel archipelago, his patch having activated long ago.
Throughout his life he managed to learn how to use his sorcery spells pretty powerfully, even able to store more than the known amount of spells in the tattoos, with them constantly changing.
His biggest test yet to come as the group of adventurers cloud his door asking about the cult of the Ferocious Talon that he had been hunting for a while now giving him the right amount of infomation to send a group after them, but they will need to draw out the forces so that they base is not filled with lycanthropes.
