Childhood
Vic grew up a debutante on the Vida Colony. She was into Zephyr Sports and liked to participate in amateur events. But otherwise wasn't extremely remarkable or outstanding. She was just a normal spacer girl.
Early Adulthood
Then one day, while at a party, she was caught just outside of ground-zero of the Vida disaster. The strange explosion took out the section of the station she was on. She managed to save a child who was getting sucked out into space and fought her way to an airlock. But her ordeal wasn't over, the chunk they, and a few others, where on lost its orbit and began to fall toward the planet.
Through shear luck, will, and overall badassery she and the others managed to land the chunk 'safely' on the back of a Dreadnought Colosi. Overcome with the feeling she could do anything she escaped the back of the beast alone and tumbled down a valcano on one of the Zoen islands.
All of this lead her to feel invincible and empowered. She wound up in Za-Cur and made friends with Velicidy. The two of them later took down the local colossi, Vreegon.
