Session 2: Over the Wall Report
General Summary
The group began this week in a small alcove in the forest, studying the maps Dane gave them. The group approached the outer walls, alerted everyone to their presence as they 'climbed' the walls. On top of the wall the group killed tow guards and tortured another. After a lengthy debate Yibsim was left alone with the prisoner, he gave him a Homing Coins and sent him back to Camp Dawn. Then jumped off the wall. Having gotten over the wall the group walked through the spooky, overgrown garden. They took a second to discuss where they were going, Marton Peregrinus took a loud break by the maze. Out of the maze came crawling a giant praying mantis. Chad Britt killed it in one hit, giving the group enough time to escape to the moat. The moat smelt like rotting flesh, the was a layer of bubbling scum and the water itself was copper and rancid - but that did not stop Marton Peregrinus jumping in. Chad Britt , Vincent Rianaeg, Yibsim , and magrat were able to make it acorss easily. Melon had a little difficulty. While Elaurwyn Rautha was swimming Chad Britt unlocked the grate. Led by magrat the party shimmied through the blood-slick tunnels and into a mysterious room in the basement that was supposed to be the kitchen. There were two levers in the room. They pulled the more used one, inside one of the side rooms they found a tall, blue, water fey chained to the wall.They released her. Didn't ask her anything about herself or how she got to be there, or why she was there. Having let her go they pulled the second lever, this released three mephits - one ice, one dust, and one fire. The group quickly dispatched of these, and then in their ashes they found three mysterious oils. THE END

The group tortured and interrogated one of the wall guards - who said there was nothing they could do to him that would be worse than what his boss would do to him. The group released Camus (the Neriad) who promised to leave a gift for them at the The Knights of the New Dawn camp.
