42. Dragonfall Report
General Summary
16th Nymm, 998 YK
- The fight continues. Dax' Athla and Warden rescue Kalshana from the bugbear holding her.
- Dah'mir assumes his dragon form and shit gets real.
- They manage to kill him! He gets bursted down and doesn't get a chance to escape.
- As the fight ends, an airship pulls up. It's being piloted by Benti Morren and Natrac is on board.
- Natrac introduces Benti and they explain that she's a member of the King's Citadel. She was undercover, and was never going to deliver the kalashtar where Vennet d'Lyrandar wanted them. Well, she thought so, but dragon's are very persuasive.
- The party, and the harpies, descend upon the dragon's corpse and strip it.
- They get 2000 salvage in dragon bits. They also explicitly each take some teeth, scales, etc. as trophies. They explicitly took the skull, I assume they want to hang it up above the fireplace or something.
- They get Lhara to keep the dragon bits in a vault in Clifftop.
- Some of them go down to Malleon's Gate to recover the missing kalashtar. The binding stone bracers were already on the airship, ready for the kalashtar.
- They recover Munchaned and the others. They bring him back up to Overlook and try to help him. They remove his psicrystal from the bracer and place it in his hand, and then on his forehead, but he doesn't seem to respond.
- The kalashtar will keep an eye on him.
- They took the airship and recovered Llyr. He's been having a great time.
- Warden makes the stinky tree bloom, and Bava Bibahronaz dumps it into the Glum River. She then accuses him of biological warfare! Warden tries to druidcraft the smell away, Terfel tries prestidigitation, and Kalshana gets scrubbing.
- Natrac stays in Zarash'ak. He used to own the arena! Also he's very wanted, big crime.
- Kalshana casts Sending to Batul. She discovers that Orshok has returned and the Bull Hole was not broken.
- Kalshana also casts Sending to Lakashtai, she felt Dah'mir die apparently.
