Session 12: Who are Dale and Kathy? Report

General Summary

The gang began the session still inside The Dungeon. Carver is lead into the back room to pick up his purchase, Sylvester. Refusing to give Sylvester clothing, Carver walks Sylvester out of The Dungeon and into the nearby abandoned house. The remaining gang members leave The Dungeon a few minutes after Carver. They enter the abandoned house to witness Carver about to murder Sylvester in cold blood. Trying to stop Carver, Avix rushes to prevent the murder, however is out muscled and Sylvester is shot in the head...    Emotions are high, and the gang decides to call it a night. On their way to the stables, the gang runs into the Mayor, who is accompanied by some guardsmen. They speak a few words and tells the gang to meet him at his office after they scout out Dale and Kathy.    The next day, the gang heads back to Lee's for breakfast where they are served by Lee himself. Scab tells Lee to make sure to tell the gang anything suspicious he encounters/overhears at his Restaurant. The gang leaves with their belly's full and lvl 4 coursing through their veins and heads to Uptown.   They find Dale and Kathy's housec and with surprising ease, Avix and Scab make stealth their way into the guest house. They find all of Dale and Kathy's guards lying dead in a pile. Simultaneously, the rest of the gang goes to the front door and are invited inside. The blue feathered man is there and is seemingly calm. He tells the gang that he is cohorts with Plutos and is in The Lowlands searching for Plutos' son. He also tells the gang that Dale and Kathy were not acting out of their own accord, but were paid to purchase the boy. He did not find the boy here and did not tell them where he was headed next.   On the blue feathered man's way out of the house, he apologizes, but says that he cannot risk the gang getting in his way any longer and bids them a deadly farewell. Six men spring from the upstairs room with rifles and the session was ended.
