The Heist and Ambush Report

General Summary

We meet with Uala Sav in the Chain Cutter's Hideout, a dark seemingly abandoned city in another dimension. After some discussion we agree to bring the sample if Uala agrees to our terms: 1. We are present for and Fira assists and oversees the analysis work, 2. the samples never leave our presence, and 3. everyone not part of the work is pre-evacuated from the pocket dimension before we start. However, as a group we agree that there are many factors and motives we are unsure of and agree that being aware of the potential for being betrayed/waylaid/things going badly is high and we should 1) keep our possession of a key-orb secret for now; and 2) be ready to bail with the samples and/or use our reset button if need be.   We acquire the Iron Wind samples with Yfra expertly burgling the safe while Fira distracts Proctor Durdas with her overwhelming research enthusiasm and we return to Gireth who takes us back to the Hideout. Our concerns prove warranted when, once there and in a narrow street we are ambushed and engage with a very well equipped group.

Takes us into the Chain Cutter's Hideout twice, the second time to face an ambush.   Uala Sav - A member of the Chain Cutters seems extremely impatient to get a hold of the samples but genuinely wants to analyse them. Claims that the analysis is to show that her mother was NOT modifying it to be a directable weapon.
