Chain Cutter's Hideout

A dark city with narrow shadowed alleys in an alternate universe accessed by exposing one of the keys - orbs filled with flickering scarlet light - to sunlight.
The alleys are apparently dangerous and occupied by some sort of undescribed "shadow creatures" but the city seems otherwise abandoned other than the Chain Cutters themselves. 
The ground floor of the building that they have selected as their headquarters is set up with several tables and filled with artwork and valuables.
Uala Sav has one building set up as a lab, in preparation for completing analysis on the Iron Wind samples.
