What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Tag sprawl happens and cleanup is extremely manual at this time. There is currently no way to display all of the tags that a builder has created. SoulLink's tag report tool is helpful when it works (which, according to SoulLink, is not all the time). It reduces the manual effort for cleanup, but a built-in Anvil tool could enable global edits such as consolidating a tag that you entered as both singular and plural, e.g. Criminal and Criminals.How does this feature request address the current situation?
Although I've only recently started building a world in earnest, I've watched World Anvil grow for a long time and have been impressed with the steady addition of editing tools. This request fits smoothly into that story.What are other uses for this feature request?
If the tool were able to both edit a tag in a list and display a list of all items with that tag, it would enable a deeper level of cleanup help.The Team's Response
Thanks for the suggestion! We're working on the tag manager project, and autocompletion is coming as part of this.
