random-drabble writing-help writing article-suggestion world-development unrelated-notes
The Random notes tab will just allow for one to put down drabble so they don't forget it that might not be related to other articles.   It could be something like 'this is the soundtrack for my story' or 'unimportant NPC notes' or maybe 'drawing inspiration from {media source} for {insert creation}' to not lose things.   Some things might be said in passing or as a spur of the moment thing that might be forgotten later if not written down and this would help solve that.   Perhaps the notes can even be pulled from when an idea is more developed if for one of the existing articles.

Hi! Next to the green button the others mentioned, in the "additional features" part of the article editing site, you can find "storyteller seeds" - If you create a new article on the spot, it will show up underneath the tab for vignettes. I believe the Storyteller Seeds are exactly for this purpuse :)

Wot TinkerTech sed. Also, perhaps even easier, just click the "Notebook" text title in the header....

If you hit the little green hammer at the bottom right, you'll pull up a list of features, including notes! (I submitted a similar request a couple of weeks ago, that's how I found out about it.)
