nsfw tagging images
When I went to put an image that has artistic nudity into a character's gallery, nothing I did would stop it from just showing unspoilered to everyone - I tested, logged out, in another browser, and even setting the image to private did nothing to stop someone viewing the page from being able to view the nude.
Some kind of spoiler tagging that means only people who are logged in and 18+ can view certain images would be extremely helpful for those of us who wish to include sensitive content images in character image galleries.
I myself prefer to have a gallery of reference images for a character at the bottom of their character article, and the nude I referenced was just a reference image (I have since removed it from the character's gallery, since I could not find a way to keep minors from being able to view it otherwise).
As of current, not even CSS will spoiler NSFW images if they're in galleries.
As a potential extension of this - the ability to custom-spoiler based on artistic nudity, drawn/written porn, gore, and general sensitive content (such as an article discussing potentially disturbing alien biological functions), would be quite useful, instead of just blanket marking something as NSFW.
Something can be unsuitable for general audiences while not involving any nudity at all, and an NSFW tag carries very strong connotations of porn. Therefor, more categorized NSFW tags would allow a creator to specify what type of content they're giving the warning about.

If private images do show in galleries this is a bug please report it with an example that we can see it happening.
