  Yes, I think this is a needed improvement. That said, I've been confused for a long time in figuring out the distinction WA makes between a Military Unit and an Organization that is a military organization. I *think* WA intends a Military Unit to be a type of "formation" (like "armored division" whereas, a Military Organization is an *instance* of a Military Unit (like "First Armored Division"), so the Leader is head of the Organization (which already has a slot for that). The current implementation is for me quite confusing, so at the least, I think WA could clarify how the current Military Unit and Organization templates are intended to be used to describe military units/organizations.
