For those of us who lack skills with coding and are making a custom Table Top System, would it be possible to introduce a template that we could edit in a simple and efficient way? Or at least make it possible to edit resources and change the way our sheets/statblocks show custom ability scores, custom skills, etc...
The Team's Response
Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, we can't accept this one due to the huge amount of complexity required. Character sheets/statblocks for every system are basically specialized calculators with a custom-made UI that makes it look nice. If we create a graphical interface that lets you create custom character sheets, the system will necessarily exclude many systems with calculations that would become unsupported.
Currently, you can use programming and styling languages to create custom character sheets on World Anvil (specifically, HTML for the layout, CSS for the style, and TWIG for the calculations). A truly open graphical system builder compatible with every single system (including custom systems) would be so complex, that using those programming/styling languages would actually be easier. While we could make the system easier, custom systems are only a very small part of World Anvil, so the time we'd need to dedicate to it would not be worth the use that the feature would get.
If you're interested in creating a custom statblock for your system, this guide explains how:

Discord server, where we have a #twig-help channel dedicated to helping users that create custom statblocks. Keep in mind this is a very advanced/technical feature!
