Character Diplomacy Webs

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

The current diplomacy web system works really well, but is restricted to only work with organisations. This means that it is very difficult to show a complex relationship web with characters.

How does this feature request address the current situation?

It would be great if we could create a large diplomacy web like the one shown at the bottom of the diplomacy webs codex page. There is already a system for creating character-to-character relations, so this would just be bringing two existing systems together instead of creating a new one
