Having the possibility to make these kind of things inside the platforms sounds great. I know there are many programs out there that can do the job, but there are also many more that can make a wikia, so why not add more things to this program.

Doesn't seem like the kind of thing World Anvil should be investing development time into. It's complex and would suck up loads of effort that could be going into other things, when there are already dedicated specialist tools that are always going to do this better. World Anvil ought to focus on its core strength which is making an outstanding specialist wiki, not trying to be a second rate Excel.

It makes no sense to me to have that ability in World Anvil. Just use one of the many options that are specialized for doing that and then include those images.   If you want something interactive use a software that offers that and integrate into world anvil via Webpage (iframe) Statblock.
