Faerûn

Faerûn is the Dwarven citadel run by the dwarf king. The citadel is part of the Republic But exists as a state within the Republic with slightly modified laws.

Lots of craft people here.

Government

The King acts as a figure head and there is a democratic system under him to which he approves decisions in the same way that the president does to the Zephyr Council. There is a council member from the citadel to the capital

Defences

The citadel is built within a mountain and as such there are only two entrances. Both the Republic Army and Dwarven Army take shifts to patrol the entrances and keep the citadel safe. there are massive crossbows on the mountainside that can be used to repel attackers and launch flaming boulders at the incoming troops.

Industry & Trade

Mainly metal resources from the Quarry and lots of weapons and armour.

Lots of blacksmiths and armouries

Guilds and Factions

There is the Dwarven Army and a small Marshals Guild Office. There is a large faction of blacksmiths who have a represenative who speaks with their Council rep. to see if they can get better trade deals for their high quality weaponry.

History

The citadel has existed for Centuries and existed as a separate state during the rule of King Aranos. the Dwarven Army played a big part in the overthrowing of Aranos

Architecture

the buildings are made of a lot of nicely carved stone.

Geography

The citadel is built inside of a mountain so it has very limited access. But within the cave the rock formations are stunning. The entire citadel is hollowed out from the mountain.

Natural Resources

Plenty of raw metals and stone.
