race features:
Fox's Senses: You gain proficiency in the Perception Skill
Darkvision: Due to the inner nature of the fox and it's ability to hunt at night, you gain darkvision out to a range of 60ft
Playful Nature: Starting at level 1, You gain the minor illusion cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you gain the silent image spell. At 5th level, you gain the major image spell
Innate Trickery: You can appear as a human indefinitely using very simple illusion magic. You cannot change or alter your illusionary human self while in that form. A creature looking directly at you can make a Intelligence (Investigation) check, to tell that you are not what you appear to be, though they still cannot perceive your true form. The DC for this check is equal to 10 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. This magic is detectable by spells such as detect magic and dispelled in an antimagic field or by a successful dispel magic. Your proficiency bonus is considered the level of the spell for the sake of dispel magic. If your illusion is dispelled you cannot use the effect again until after a long rest.
Tails: You start with 1 tail and gain an additional tail at 3rd level, 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, and 20th. Once per long rest, a Kitsune can empower a spell or attack using the power stored within their tails. The number of tails you can use all at once is equal to your proficiency bonus. For each tail you use, you can increase a spell's saving throw DC, attack or damage bonus. Once you reach 20th level, you gain your ninth tail, in which you are a paragon of your species. You gain the ability to activate all nine tails as once, in which you can use the same feature mentioned above. Alternatively, you may use all nine tails to gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

(Example, a player rolls a total of 10 damage on the 2D10, then multiplies that by eight, for a total of 80 damage of each type).
