Bel'thazorn represents the following domains:
- Elements - Bel'thazorn has helped develop the crust of the world in tandum with the fallen sisters
- Darkness - Almost all of the creatures that live in his domain lurk in darkness and worship it in various ways
- Corruption - Bel'thazorn continues to snake through the planet in an effort to escape. Thus, his eldritch-like power can sometimes find its way to the surface or has completely altered communities and civiilzations under ground
