The Gyntaf Clan
The Gyntaf Clan (pronounced, "Gun-Toff," or "First People" in their language) is a clan of Coblynaureu that live in the Mountains of Deral. Led by their king Hirgwallt (pronounced "Heer-Do-Wall-Sh-T," or "Long Hair") the Fair, the coblynau that live there are strong and self-reliant, having few natural allies on their side of the River Everblight. On occasion they will ally with the Sahar Jinn tribe, but in most engagements the sons and daughters of Deral stand alone.
The men of the Gyntaf have thick, long beards, and easily stand out among the rest of the sprites. The women of Gyntaf are even more striking, with rich, red hair and gray eyes. They are excellent metalsmiths, though their access to trade is limited.
