Ungaoko
A hill formed strangely, presumably caused by magic.
Purpose / Function
The Ungaoko hill is used for the lucky step as a shelther. At any other time the hill is never frequented, and as such people do not even realise, how weird this structure is.
/*It is meant to convey facts in opposition to each other. It doesn't matter if it's the whole truth, truth is subjective.*/
Entries
The hill has entries between each of the extensions. They are like normal doors, but they require a key. The same key. In Kaparu they have a building with multiple keys stored.
Sensory & Appearance
Inside the hill the dry air is so prominent, that it feels like it will become dampish any minute. Especially because of how hot it is too. Not like a fire, but as a duvet covering everything. Along the ceiling there are glowing flowers giving the room a dim light. And along the walls of the hill are nicely carved doors. Doors into the extensions, that function like rooms. There is a mellow vibration coming from the walls of earth. The room has no smell, if you don't stick your nose right up into the earth, that smells like... well earth.
Contents & Furnishings
Inside each of the extensions there is that same feeling as from the main room, but in here there are a low bed and a book with ink and a quill by its side.
Alterations
It is hypothesized, that before magic shaped this feature, it tore apart the whole place. There are weird holes in the ground to show this. During its use Ungaoko has become more spacious. Its walls have little by little been thinned to make more room for the young that stays there. When that became impossible, because the walls were so thin, but the children still needed more space, so they would not interfere with each other, little extensions were built onto it. Some terrible accidents have happened in these extensions, but when the children were taken away, any misfortune that may had befallen them, undoes itself.
Architecture
The weirdly shapen hill is quite broard, and extends up in a thin, but hard pile of earth. As an arrow telling us witch way the sky is. The hill itself has steep, spiral markings on it, as if preventing us from coming up. The extensions are built along the ground, as little rectangles that dart out. They are made of stone and a timber frame. Specifically shittim wood.
