Creston is founded

The town of Creston is founded by the Ostron Trading Company as a settlement for operations to continue on the Zorolai mainland.

Creston is founded on Redbar island after the destruction of Fort Zethar . The OTC figured an island base would be easier to protect as the mainland carried threats that they were unequipped to deal with while maintaining a civilian population.    This location proves to be beneficial to them, as it is discovered that the red sands of Redbar Island are highly fertile to Scarlet Sandleaf - a substance that the OTC discovered profitable properties in.   Some buildings remained left behind by a small island outpost long abandoned during their first wave of exploration. These buildings become central to the settlement, and are currently in the area known as Old Creston.
