History
Poems night is being practiced after the launch of the Dragonship, the court comes together to read the poems that they have written out loud for each other. The members of the guard are also participating. There is no price, or reward, for this. But it is simply a way to express themselves in another way than normal.
Execution
The evening starts with the lowest rank, and ends with the highest rank. The Dragon King, who often does not participated. The reason why this is, is unknown. But all of the others are used to it.
Participants
The participants are all the members of court, starting with the lowest rank until the highest one.
The Dragon Guard has a similar event, only they do it in another location. They also start with the cadets and end with the highest rank.
Observance
The day of when this event takes place is often unknown. But it is always in the summer cycle of the ship. But it is always the king who announces a day before the event when it is, he is however not allowed to change his mind after that.
