Ealendore

Ealendore is the capitol of the Okuran Dominion. A beautiful floating city under direct control of the crown. The city houses Castle Draconis occupied by the royal family Okura. Ealendore is the only place within old Westrale that allows open use of magic. It has the second largest magic academy in Zintera and plays a large role in arcane cultivation. However, arcane and druidic magic usage is still very regulated by law. Public usage of magic without a degree will be punished accordingly.
