Vendra
Vendra Hale is Blu's younger sister. She is a student at the Magic Academy in Arcanum and is a capable spellcaster despite her young age. Further, she has come to think of herself as special, one of the elite, after manifesting magic powers and going to live and study with the mages. Nevertheless, she is used to helping out those who aren’t as smart as she is, and will patiently explain anything and everything to others, given the opportunity.
According to her, she's top of her class and is something of a prodigy. Vendra also plans to read every magical tome in the library and boasts of reading over a hundred of them already. Her inquisitive nature, however, has gotten her into trouble on at least one occasion, as evidenced by the party finding her trapped under a basket near the Old Hag's garden.
