Tervus

Tervus, the Earth Dragon. A divine being created by Lumina to control the element of Earth. For many years, he has slept in a cave below a mountain on an island in the North of Zillarum. Referred to as Mount Caldor or Mount Tervus, it was also correctly rumored to be the location of the Earth Dragon Cave. The young heroes met Tervus after a earthquake prompted them to explore his cave, unknowingly passing the Earth Dragon Trial. He charged them with a quest of great importance, to take The Dragon Stones of legend on a journey to seek out the other dragons, pass their Trials, gain their respective relics, and use their combined power to combat an "oncoming darkness". A few weeks into their quest, the party had not yet met the other Dragons, but had a lead on how to reach Blasnir. To do so, they brought along one of the world's most famous heroes, Vaylin. However, the archmage turned out to have ulterior motives, revealing himself to be The Ascendant and enslaved Tervus with the intent to use his power to further his goal of attaining godhood, which somehow would save the world from the "darkness" Tervus had spoken to the party about. The Earth Dragon, Tervus, a mighty demi-god, was reduced to a crystal of green light which Vaylin then absconded with. The fate of the Dragon is unknown.
