A charlatan-turned-mercenary that was arrested after sneaking into the magical city of Arcanum. He was gifted with the Aether Dragon Stone (Starpiercer) and destiny brought him and Lumina's Dragoons together as they were also thrown in Arcanum's dungeon after being accused of conspiring to overthrow the magocracy of Arcanum by Ziennophia, impersonating the Academy's Premier, Lemarra Nieaussa. Seeing that they had encountered another Chosen, bringing him along made sense.
