Lemarra Nieaussa

The Premier of Arcanum's Magic Academy. She works closely with Headmaster Vaylin and is the most senior member of the faculty next to him. Her position functions similar to a dean. She adventured with Vaylin in her youth, as one of The Four Heroes that took down the Cult of Abyssos17 years ago.
At some point, Lemarra lost her memories and magical abilities when a magical mask (a rare and outlawed magical item) was placed over her eyes. She was then imprisoned within Arcanum's magical dungeon while Ziennophia assumed her identity, taking place. Later, the party met Ziennophia in disguise as Lemarra, and they were accused of plotting against the magical city. When they were arrested and thrown in the dungeons, they met Lemarra, wearing a mask and barely coherent. They freed her when they escaped and she followed them to the top of the Golden Tower where eventually Vaylin removed the mask during a confrontation with Ziennophia and her sisters.
Her memories are slowly returning, though there are pieces missing, and her once-powerful magic has since disappeared, perhaps forever. After some time in recovery, she should be able to return to her administrative duties.
