Earthheart

The Dragon Stone of Earth. This raw lump of jade can transform into a mighty weapon in the hands of the Earth Lord, the Chosen of Tervus, Dragon of the Earth. It can manifest as a handaxe, battleaxe, greataxe light hammer, warhammer, or maul (see all forms here) Earthheart is a sentient being that came into being when this stone was imbued with Tervus' power. While it is aware of its surroundings and understands language, it can only communicate with its wielder through emotion.
