Freedom League

Freedom League has a history that expands multiple timelines. It first begins in Casper Skies, as a small group of kids coming together to do heroic acts with the entire purpose of proving that mutants can be good.   Moving on to Unlucky 13, it's become an organization ran by the government. Seemingly, the act of the first group had work. The world sees them as good. However, it is being used to exploit young mutants into capturing other mutants. No one knows what happens to most of the mutants after they are captured. The ones they do see again? Reformed and placed into a group to help detain even more mutants.   After the reveal of the nefarious acts that happened behind the scenes, the Freedom League is reformed into a truly good group, doing truly good things. However, that doesn't last long as the group falls for good after terrible things happen.

Public Agenda

The initial goal was to create a positive awareness of the mutant genome, before developing something a lot more nefarious upon being acquired by governmental figures.

Assets

Initially, they are just a bunch of teens and young adults out trying to save the world. They had secret meet up points and hangouts, but no actual buildings to call their own.   Upon governmental acquisition, they were provided a building of their own particularly for easy transition from normal (secret identity) life, to hero life.   Later on, the building is upgraded for all their needs and comfort including personal bedrooms and eating quarters.

History

In the founding of Freedom League it had 4 members and was located in Kingshire.

Original Members

Jared Mays (leader)
Marshall Cabrera
Billie Bell
Zita Zangari   It was suppose to have 6 members but 2 of them died tragically. The remaining team founded in their memories.   Unfortunately for them, the government seized the group right from under them, attempting to arrest them in the process and replacing them with brand new members completely under their control.

The Replacements

Sol Keillor (leader)
Vivian Woods
Nicholas Craft   After a few years in Kingshire they moved to Bloomstone and began a program for heroes. Here they built the FL Tower, which only existed as a hang out, conference area, and dressing rooms for the members to use.

Program Members

Leader (?)
Owen Vegas
Ayah Isa
Bartholomew Heyworth
+   They were exposed as using the members to do heinous acts against other m-genome and were reformed. The FL Tower was expanded and actually resembled a tower and also provides apartments for each member part of Freedom League. Freedom League was also acquired by the savvy businessman, Paul Barron.

The New Freedom League

Zacory Carter
Bliss hille
Efrain Senagala
Brooklyn Whitfield
Barton McCormack (former leader, betrayal)
+   It was discovered there's still corruption from within and Freedom League dissolved after that. Surprisingly that corruption had nothing to do with Barton, and was instead at the hands of the long, arduous plan of the shapeshifter Genesis Wade.

Disbandment

Their disbandment was caused by the acts of one person whose entire purpose was to create points of tension between its members and society.
