Public Agenda
Their entire agenda is to keep the world as safe as possible.
They also help kid in various types of settings whether they are mutants or not.
As a whole, they just want the youth to have a safe place to grow up and hope to some day achieve that.
History
They once saved the entire Zerth from a world-ending plot involving aliens. This particular plot especially had Diamond Kirk ultimately saving the day.
There were other events since then that involved them saving various places (including the Zerth) multiple times, though none as big as the alien fiasco.
