The tower that once belonged to the Freedom League.

Alterations

Construction - Initially meant as an apartment complex in a district consisting of a high populace of m genomes.
Post Freedom League - It was repurposed into multiple dressing rooms and conference halls with some hang out spots.
Post Unlucky 13 - Once again repurposed, this time it was built higher with the entire intention to provide complete living quarters for each mutant under its program.
Post Tactical Machine - Most likely repurposed into a mega apartment complex and office space.

Architecture

Post modernist? Very tall, made of glass and steel beams. Typical skyscraper architecture. Except maybe stylized more heroicly. (if that makes sense)

History

Once a building with that was merely a small apartment complex in a district made up mainly of m genome folks.
It was purchased by a governmental figure to provide a safe space for the mutants its program to switch from the casual and normal life of their secret identity, into that of their heroic alter ego.
Later on, it was expanded upon in order to comfortably fit all the mutants in the program into the building as a permanent living solution.
