Decree of His Majesty, Estelar Kutsi of Maigary, Duke of Tschochlore, Protractor of the realm.

As there is no proof of a womens inability to successfully handle business.
I hear by decree the following:

• The kingdom will no longer exclud women from the line of sucsaction.
• Women are allowed to own there own property, titles and money.
• No man shall refuse to sell a business to a woman for she is a woman.

From this day forward the only acceptable reasons for one to be excluded from succession or business owning are being convicted of treason or being declared insane by proper protocol.
