A Royal Wedding - Krodor

Orchilo, Kunlin of Krodor was in search of a new wife as his priveos 2 "failed" in giving him the son and heir that he needed. After failing in finding a royal match from abroad he choses from his own court. His new wife was announced to be The Noble lady Rawnie daughter of Merripen, grand duke of Mukkoott.
In accordance with the rules the bride was dressed in her house colours. It was a blue dress with a high neck and a flowing skirt with a long train befitting her new status. The dress was heavily decorated with jewelry and Embroidery showcasing her familes wealth.
Rawnie was escorted by her father from the family residence in Noxnazhoz through the city to the cheers of the croweds that gatherd untill the Great Palace where the court was gatherd. At the end of the great hall sitting on an elegant throne of marble located on top of a small platform, was Orchilo, Kunlin of Krodor.
When the two reached the throne Merripen placed Rawnie's hand in Orchilo's hand and moved back. Rawnie kneeled before him to signify her place being for ever below him and her comitment to follow in the footsteps of the Goddesses and do her duty towards her husband.
Orchilo in response vowed to take care of her and presented her with a long silver satin vail adorned with jewelery, the vail was draped over Rawnie's head covering her down to her waist both on the front and back.
Orchilo helped Rawnie up to her feet and together they bowed before a painting of the gods.
The married women led Rawnie out of the Great hall and into the wedding chamber where she w as to wait for her husband.
