Monstrous Lands of the Puestyn Desert

I've listed the Puestyn Desert as a country which isn't all that accurate - it's simply a wasteland inhabited by strange creatures and the occasional nomad.
The reason why this area has been listed as such is because it acts like a nation in many ways - there is a (heavily disputed) 'king' of the desert, and multiple countries have been entirely lost to the encroaching desert, akin to a slow but unstoppable invasion.

Diplomacy

Since there is no central governance of the desert, it cannot engage in diplomacy.
