High Class Division

The most privileged of Arcadias class system. The high class is located in the center of Arcadia and is also where the Wizard King's Castle stands.
Along with the Wizard King the Royal court of mages the High Class Division is comprised of wealthy heads of industry, famous adventurers and other mages that provide unique services. 
Shops within this division hold some of the rarest and most expensive items in the country, and cater only to those who have status
