Government

Auberveil is governed by a Duke.

Defences

There is a single crenellated wall around the city, with three gatehouses. There are recently built extensions to the wall that encompass the previously almost undefended outskirts of the city. This has resulted in a quite misshapen wall. The farms around the city have low stone walls around them, which are not crenellated. Almost all citizens live within the main wall.

Industry & Trade

Auberveil's biggest industry is textiles, and the city is a large textile exporter. They are also a significant exporter of various crops, although this has declined somewhat in recent years because of the increase in various monster populations.

Infrastructure

Auberveil's roads are moderately well-maintained.

Architecture

Most buildings in Auberveil are made of wood, and some of the more expensive buildings are made of stone. Glass windows are usually only present in more expensive buildings, cheaper buildings typically only have shutters.
