Malcanthet is an arrestingly beautiful and sensual demon lord who’s demonic traits: bat-wings, horns, and a long prehensile tail tipped with a spike-like stinger, do nothing to detract from her otherworldly allure. She wears no armor and instead drapes herself in diaphanous gowns or tight, revealing leathers. Malcanthet was among the first, if not the first, of the succubi to come into being in the Abyss and as the holder of the Razor Throne and Queen of the Succubi Rivals for her title abound through the Abyss and anywhere succubi hold sway, but ultimately most pose little or no threat to Malcanthet. The Succubus Queen is served in her palace of subline beauty by throngs of succubi, who attend to her every delight and hedonistic desire. Additionally, her personal guard the Radiant Sisters, loyal lilitu bards of great power and beauty themselves, reside her to protect their Queen and handle jilted lovers. Although she prefers charms and subtle manipulation, Malcanthet is capable of terrible violence if needed. Welding her spike adamantine whip, Lover’s Lash, she savagely won her title through war and vicious betrayals upon her fellow “sister” succubi and former paramours. As a result of her brutal climb to the top, she has cultivated a long list of enemies, which includes Graz’zt, Yeenoghu, and Baphomet.
