Highten instinct

Spell target must be a beast: 2nd-level transmutation casting time: 1 action range: Touch Components: V,S,M (the favorite food of the animal) Duration: depends   You touch a beast (either an animal companion or a beast that is charmed by you) and bestow upon it a magical enhancement.
Choose one of the following effects; the target gains the effects for the duration.
  • Reliable friend: upon touching your companion it's eyes and nose breathly flare up with a pine green flash, enhancing them further. For the next hour the beast gains advantage on wisdom based skill checks, if the beast already has adventage through keen sense or similar ability they instead get an additional +5 to the roll
  • Carnage: Upon touching your companion, it's eyes turn scarlet red as well as their natural weapons grow bigger. The natural capacity for violence of the creature is enhanced to a feral state. Each time the beast hits and attack it deals 1 additional point of damage (With a maximum of +5 to damage) per strike, however if the attack roll is below the additional damage the attack will go to an ally instead.
  • Mothers protection: As you touch your companion you notice it's fur/feather/scales start to grow out making a thicker layer all around the creature as it becomes protective over you, as if it is your parent over it's cub. Whenever it is within 10 feet of you it can use it's reaction to take a targetted attack. upon casting of this spell it gains 2d6 temporary Hit points.
  • Migration: As you touch your companion it becomes large enough for 1 person to be carried by the beast. Its movement speed is doubled with a minimum of 80 feet. This feature doesn't grant additional movement options in example: flight to creatures who can't.
