Alvulgara's crystal

This crystal needs to be infused with a blade.
This crystal has 2 charges (recharge at dawn)

• (1 charge) You make a horizontal blade attack going all around 10 feet. you roll one time to hit and hits depending on the armour class of the target. This attack however does do half normal damage and the damage is necrotic instead of the normal damage type and heal yourself 1 HP per creature hit.
• (2 charges) You swing down your blade making a pathway. range: each creature 30 feet in front and 15 feet across. Roll 1 time to hit. this attack also does half normal damage and heal yourself 1 HP per creature hit.
